  • Color variations: Due to our hand-dyeing process, slight color variations between bags are normal and expected
  • Individual character: Small natural marks, wrinkles, or veining are inherent characteristics that make each piece one-of-a-kind
  • Patina development: Your bag will develop its own unique patina over time, becoming more beautiful with age and use

These natural variations are what make your Dwarves Bag truly yours - no two bags are exactly alike!

Please note: All dimensions are measured manually. A 1–3 mm margin of error may exist — measurements are provided for reference only.

Screen Color Differences

Colors may appear different in person. Please note that:

  • Product colors displayed on your screen may differ slightly from the actual item due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and device calibration
  • We photograph our products in natural light to show the most accurate representation possible
  • If you have specific color concerns, please contact us before ordering - we're happy to provide additional photos or information

New Bag Airing Process

Your bag may need to breathe. When you receive your Dwarves Bag:

  • Each bag is made to order after we receive your purchase, ensuring freshness and quality
  • Due to sealed packaging during shipping, your bag may have a natural leather scent when first opened
  • Please allow 24-48 hours of airing in a well-ventilated area after unpacking
  • This is completely normal for genuine leather products and the scent will dissipate naturally
  • Do not use artificial fragrances or deodorizers, as these may affect the leather

Quality takes time. Important details about our production:

  • Most of our bags are handcrafted after you place your order
  • This ensures the highest quality and allows for customization when available

Our loyalty program is designed to reward you with Craft Points for various activities, such as signing up, placing orders, and more. These points can be redeemed for rewards and discounts.

You can earn Craft Points by signing up, referring friends, making purchases, and celebrating your birthday with us. Each action has a specific Craft Point reward.

Craft Points do not expire, allowing you to accumulate and redeem them at your convenience.

Refer your friends to our store using your unique referral code. When they make their first purchase, you and your friend both earn rewards.

You can track your Craft Points balance and history through the 'Points History' section on our DWARVES CLUB.

Our Birthday Reward Program gives you bonus Craft Points when you celebrate your birthday with us. Make sure your birthday is updated in your profile to enjoy this perk. During your birthday month, 500 Craft Points will be automatically added to your account as our special gift to you.

If you return a purchase, the Craft Points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your balance.

You can redeem 100 to 3,000 Craft Points per order. The maximum redemption is 3,000 Craft Points = $30 off.
