How to Track Your Order

We know you're excited to receive your new Dwarves Bag! Once your order ships, you can easily track its journey to your door. Here are all the ways to stay updated on your delivery.


Step 1: Check Your Email

When your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with the subject line:

"A shipment from order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER] is on the way"

What's in the Email?

  • Your order number
  • Tracking number (clickable link)
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Carrier information
  • Items shipped

To track: Simply click the tracking number in the email, and you'll be taken directly to the carrier's tracking page to see real-time updates.

Tip: If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder. Add customer@dwarvesbags.com to your contacts to ensure you receive our emails.


Step 2: Track on Our Website

Option A: Order Status Page

  1. Look for the "Track Your Order" link (usually in the header or footer)
  2. Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout
  3. Click "Track Order"
  4. View your order status and tracking information

Option B: Log Into Your Account

  1. Go to account.dwarvesbags.com
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click "Send Code" - we'll email you a verification code
  4. Check your email and enter the verification code
  5. Click on "Orders" or "Order History"
  6. Find your order and click on the order number
  7. View order details and click the tracking number to see shipping updates

Tip: Create an account for faster tracking and easier reordering in the future!


Step 3: Track with the Shop App (Recommended)

The Shop app is the easiest way to track all your orders in one place, with real-time push notifications.

How to Set Up the Shop App

1. Download the App

  • iPhone/iPad: Search "Shop" in the Apple App Store
  • Android: Search "Shop" in the Google Play Store
  • Download and install the free app

2. Open the App and Sign In

  • Open the Shop app
  • Sign in with the same email address you used to place your order on dwarvesbags.com
  • If you don't have a Shop account yet, create one using your order email

3. View Your Orders

  • Your Dwarves Bags order will automatically appear in the app
  • Tap on the order to see:
    • Real-time tracking map
    • Estimated delivery date
    • Order details and receipt
    • Delivery updates

4. Turn On Notifications

  • Enable push notifications in the app settings
  • Get instant alerts when:
    • Your order ships
    • Your package is out for delivery
    • Your package has been delivered

Tip: The Shop app also lets you track orders from other stores, save your favorite shops, and discover new products!


Understanding Tracking Statuses

Here's what common tracking statuses mean:

Order Confirmed

We've received your order and payment. Production will begin soon.

Processing / In Production

Your bag is being handcrafted by our artisans. This typically takes 2-7 business days.

Shipped / In Transit

Your order has left our facility and is on its way to you! You can now track it with the carrier.

Out for Delivery

Your package is on the delivery truck and will arrive today!

Delivered

Your package has been delivered! Check your doorstep, mailbox, or building reception.

Exception / Delay

There's a delay (weather, customs, etc.). Don't worry - your package is still on its way. Contact us if you have concerns.

Failed Delivery Attempt

The carrier tried to deliver but couldn't (no one home, signature required, etc.). Check for a delivery notice or contact the carrier to reschedule.


Delivery Timeframes

Production Time

Most Dwarves Bags are made-to-order:

  • Standard production: 2-7 business days
  • Busy seasons: May take longer (we'll notify you)

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • United States: 5-10 business days
  • Canada: 7-12 business days
  • Europe: 7-15 business days
  • Australia/New Zealand: 10-15 business days
  • Other countries: 10-20 business days

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays.


International Orders & Customs

Customs Clearance

International orders may be held at customs for inspection. This is normal and can add 1-7 days to delivery time.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For Our US Customers: We use a specialized DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) channel. This means we handle the customs process and pay the duties for you. For Other Countries: Local import fees may apply per your government's regulations.

Tracking International Shipments

International tracking may show limited updates while your package is in transit between countries. Once it arrives in your country, tracking will become more detailed.


Tracking Issues & FAQs

I haven't received a tracking number. What should I do?

Tracking numbers are sent within 24-48 hours after your order ships. If you haven't received one after 3 days, please:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Log into your account at account.dwarvesbags.com to check order status
  • Contact us at customer@dwarvesbags.com

My tracking hasn't updated in several days. Is my package lost?

Not necessarily! Tracking may not update during:

  • International transit between countries
  • Weekends and holidays
  • Customs clearance

If tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we'll investigate.

The tracking says "Delivered" but I didn't receive my package. What now?

Please check:

  • Your mailbox, doorstep, porch, or garage
  • With neighbors (package may have been left with them)
  • Building reception or mailroom (for apartments/offices)
  • Around your property (sometimes carriers leave packages in safe spots)

If you still can't find it, contact us immediately at customer@dwarvesbags.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has shipped?

Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You may be able to contact the carrier directly to request a delivery change, but this is not guaranteed.

My package is delayed. Can I get a refund?

We cannot control carrier delays due to weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. However, if your package doesn't arrive within 60 days, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.

How do I know if my package requires a signature?

Most of our shipments do not require a signature. If yours does, the tracking information will indicate "Signature Required." Make sure someone is available to sign, or contact the carrier to arrange pickup at their facility.

What to Do When Your Package Arrives

  1. Inspect the package: Check for any visible damage to the box
  2. Open carefully: Unbox your new Dwarves Bag
  3. Check your order: Make sure everything you ordered is included
  4. Let it breathe: Allow your leather bag to air out for 24-48 hours (normal for genuine leather)
  5. Enjoy! Start using your beautiful new bag

If anything is missing or damaged, please contact us within 7 days at customer@dwarvesbags.com with photos, and we'll make it right.

You can earn Craft Points by signing up, referring friends, making purchases, and celebrating your birthday with us. Each action has a specific Craft Point reward.

Craft Points do not expire, allowing you to accumulate and redeem them at your convenience.

Refer your friends to our store using your unique referral code. When they make their first purchase, you and your friend both earn rewards.

You can track your Craft Points balance and history through the 'Points History' section on our DWARVES CLUB.

Our Birthday Reward Program gives you bonus Craft Points when you celebrate your birthday with us. Make sure your birthday is updated in your profile to enjoy this perk. During your birthday month, 500 Craft Points will be automatically added to your account as our special gift to you.

If you return a purchase, the Craft Points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your balance.

You can redeem 100 to 3,000 Craft Points per order. The maximum redemption is 3,000 Craft Points = $30 off.
