What data do we collect through Social Login?
When you sign in to Dwarves Bags using Facebook or Google, we only collect:
- Your email address
- Your name and profile picture (for account identification)
We do not collect or store any other information from your Facebook or Google account.
How to request data deletion
If you wish to delete your data that was collected through Facebook or Google Login, please follow these steps:
Option 1: Delete your account directly
- Log in to your Dwarves Bags account
- Go to your Account Settings
- Select "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: Contact us
Send an email to: support@dwarvesbags.com
Please include the following information:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your name
- The email address associated with your Facebook or Google account
- Which login method you used (Facebook or Google)
- A brief description of your request
Response time
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted from our system.
What happens after deletion?
Once your data is deleted:
- Your account will be permanently removed from our system
- You will no longer be able to access your order history
- You will need to create a new account if you wish to shop with us again
- Any active orders must be completed before account deletion
